France-based Naturex has acquired Valentine, an Indian company focused on the production of fruit and vegetable powders and natural colors for the food and beverage industry. Valentine has two production sites located near Mumbai. Its third acquisition since the capital increase in October 2011, this move fits with Naturex’s strategy of development in emerging countries.
